|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|

|What are my shipping charges and when will my order ship?|
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Delays can result because of one of the following:
NOTE: At the time you place your order, it is important to provide a phone number that is registered with your credit card issuer so that we may contact you to discuss any problems with your order.
|What is the return policy?|
We expect you'll be satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return or exchange any part of your order please follow these instructions:
1) Please return item in unused, unwashed condition. If possible, include original packaging and tags. Return within 30 days of purchase date. Include a copy of your sales receipt.
2) Fill out the necessary information on the Returns & Exchanges form, if you need a form click hereand print one out. If you are exchanging for an item that costs more, please include the difference by check or provide a credit card number on the form.
3) Ship the items to: CROSS, Attn: Returns, 1224 Hibiscus Ct., Banning, CA. 92220.
Please allow 21 days for processing.
